Day in the Sun - trailer

Having had two grandparents affected by Dementia, I know first-hand just how devastating the disease can be. I also know how important the power of friendship and community can be in maintaining dignity and a quality of life for people affected by the disease. Whilst memories may fade, dreams can live on and this film aims to demonstrate how together as communities, we can keep those dreams alive.
